During his service, Joshua sustained a lower back injury when on a training exercise, with regular Chiropractic treatments his father was able to get him back to full fitness. After leaving the Military, Joshua began his training to become a Chiropractor.

Millie has received chiropractic treatment for a number of years for a variety of back and neck issues and is a firm believer in the benefits of chiropractic care.
She has a keen interest in nutrition and dietary health and enjoys helping people who are looking to get fit or lose weight.
In her free time she loves going to the gym, walking, and spending time with her family. She also (like the rest of us) has a mild obsession with dogs.
